Exercise for YOUR Life
A variety of methods of exercise are offered to meet the individual needs of each client.
Pilates
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Pilates called his method "Contrology".[2] Evidence from studies show that while Pilates improves balance there is some evidence regular Pilates sessions can help muscle conditioning in healthy adults as it focuses on core strength and lengthening of the muscles.

Personal Training
Personal Training combines weights, bands and other light equipment into combination exercises, ideally working both upper body and lower body at the same time. When exercises are adapted to an app-based timer, cardio benefits ensue as well.
YogaFit
YogaFit uses the principles of yoga to stretch and strengthen the body done in a constant flow to facilitate cardio benefits as well. It can also be combined with weights or bands for a more challenging workout. Various poses can improve balance as well as golf and tennis performance, as well as complementing runners' workouts.
Senior Strength, Conditioning and Flexibility
Using the stability of a chair and engaging accessories such as exercise bands and balloons, these gentle exercises can help improve core strength, balance and flexibility to improve movement functionality in everyday life.
Barre Vida
Barre is an exercise phenomenon rooted in ballet and modern dance. It is a safe and effective workout to strengthen and tone virtually every muscle in your body. Barre Vida is fun, energetic and addictive. Created by Joanna Stone, it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Its foundation is to work an individual muscle group to exhaustion using small repetitive movements before moving on to the next. All exercises are done to music.
